Dr. Dimitrios Giotikas is a highly accomplished orthopaedic surgeon specializing in limb lengthening and pain management, with a distinguished career spanning both Greece and the United Kingdom.
As the founder of Intersera Limited, he brings his extensive expertise in orthopaedics to the forefront of innovative patient care and medical solutions.
Dr. Giotikas is fully registered, revalidated, and licensed to practice orthopaedics in both the UK and Greece. He divides his professional time between his private practices in London and Cambridge and his clinic in Athens – Giotikas Clinic, providing top-tier orthopaedic care to a diverse patient base. His clinical interests are centered on limb reconstruction, including limb lengthening, management of bone infections, and limb deformities, as well as knee surgery and complex orthopaedic trauma. His meticulous approach and commitment to excellence have earned him recognition as a leading expert in his field.
Dr. Giotikas proudly served as a Veteran Military Medical Officer in the Hellenic Army, bringing a wealth of discipline and experience to his civilian practice. Throughout his career, he has held prestigious positions in some of the most esteemed hospitals in the UK, including: Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford and Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals

Kevin is a seasoned IT Program Management expert and Business Development leader, bringing a wealth of experience across fintech funding, renewable energy, and MedTech clinical research.
As CEO of Intersera, Kevin leverages his extensive background in IT infrastructure, financial technology, and clinical systems to drive the company’s growth and innovation.
With deep expertise in Lab Execution Systems, Sample Monitoring, and Reporting tools, Kevin has been instrumental in advancing Intersera’s capabilities within the MedTech sector. His strategic vision and leadership have helped position the company as a trusted partner in delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients across various industries.
Kevin is also the founder and director of Accounting Pro Ireland, a successful financial services company that provides contractor payrolling solutions and accounting services. His entrepreneurial acumen and financial expertise provide invaluable insight into Intersera’s operational strategies, enabling the company to scale effectively while maintaining financial sustainability.

Barbara O’Dowd – Administration Manager
Barbara has been an integral part of Intersera since March 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from her diverse professional background. With 17 years in the beauty industry, Barbara successfully ran her own beauty business until 2024, when she transitioned full-time to Intersera to lead the administration department.
Barbara’s unique blend of skills, including her previous experience in nursing, has provided her with a deep understanding of client care, operational efficiency, and industry growth strategies. Her expertise has been instrumental in supporting Intersera’s expansion within Ireland, leveraging her knowledge of both healthcare and beauty to enhance the company’s services and streamline operations.
